Main Uses:

Working Principle:
This machine achieves crushing through the relative motion of stators and rotors with different geometric shapes under high-speed rotation, utilizing shear, grinding, and high-frequency vibration. The crushing chamber has three grinding zones: the first is the coarse grinding zone, the second is the fine grinding zone, and the third is the ultra-fine grinding zone. By adjusting the gap between the stator and rotor, the required ultra-fine crushing effect can be effectively achieved in one pass (or through cyclic processing).
