1. Process flow of sandwich food production line:

3. Process composition of puffed food production line:

B) Loading machine: The motor is used to power the screw conveyor to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast loading.
C) SLG65-III twin-screw extruder: Different models of SLG extruders are selected according to the output of the production line. The output can range from 100kg/h to 300kg/h. The raw materials can be corn flour, rice flour, flour, cereal flour, etc. as raw materials.
D) Sandwich machine: The puffing machine produces a hollow tube and the core material is injected instantly. It can be injected with peanut butter, chocolate sauce, syrup, etc.
E) Shaping and cutting machine: cuts the rice crackers with core material. The size of the rice crackers can be adjusted between 2cm-20cm.
F) Elevator: transport the rice crackers to the oven.
G) Multi-layer oven: Most of the ovens are electric ovens. The temperature can be adjusted automatically through the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed.
