Precautions before and after starting and stopping the feed extruder

1. Check all components, especially the connecting parts of the expansion chamber, anchor bolts, the connection between the motor base and the frame, and the connection between the expansion chamber and the frame, to prevent loosening.

2. Manually turn the screw; there should be no friction sound inside the expansion chamber at this time.

3. Start the feeding auger, check its high-speed performance, and ensure normal operation.

4. Before starting, check and confirm the lubrication system and cooling system. The cavity needs to be cleaned.

5. Before starting the feed extruder, check the connection of the electrical control part, whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct, and whether the control is reliable.

6. After the machine stops, put on high-temperature gloves, quickly remove the mold, and immediately clean the remaining material on the mold. Then start the main motor to empty the material accumulated in the expansion chamber. When the corn is puffed, add soybean flour to flush the material in the cavity.

7. Pay attention to safety when unloading. No one should stand in front of the machine to avoid the danger caused by excessive pressure in the expansion chamber.

Do not stop the equipment arbitrarily after it is operating normally.
