Fully automatic small instant noodle production line

The fully automatic small instant noodle production line is a new generation of miniaturized instant noodle processing equipment, integrating flour screening, mixing, extrusion forming, steaming and shaping, cutting, frying, and cooling in one process. It features high automation and simple operation. The produced wavy instant noodles have short rehydration time, good elasticity, smoothness, and transparency, with quality comparable to large-scale equipment popular in the market.

This line offers two configurations: electric and steam. The electric type has an installed capacity of 128kw, while the steam type requires only 4.2kw of electricity (steam pressure 4kg/cm²), with a working width of 210mm and a production capacity of 11,000 packs per 8-hour shift. The entire line consists of a dough mixer, main dough sheeter, continuous steamer, cutting machine, fryer, cooling machine, and pillow-type packaging machine. It features a compact structure, small footprint, and energy savings. With low investment threshold and quick return on investment, it is especially suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and individual investors. The company is responsible for installation, commissioning, and personnel training.
