High-low seasoning roller
The high-low drum seasoning line equipment consists of a high drum and a low drum. The high drum is used for oil spraying, and the low drum is used for powder coating. The two drums are driven by independent motors in reverse rotation to thoroughly mix the food with oil and seasoning powder.The material first enters a high drum to mix evenly with oil before being discharged, then enters a low drum to mix with seasonings. The double-layer seasoning process ensures more thorough flavor penetration and better taste consistency.The drum can switch between forward and reverse rotation—forward rotation gently turns the materials, while reverse rotation provides more thorough turning; by adjusting the feet to change the drum's tilt, the material turning time can be flexibly controlled to suit the seasoning needs of different products.The total motor power of the machine is only 1.1kW, offering significant energy savings, with an adjustable output of 0-260kg/h.The equipment features a protective mesh safety design, compact structure, and flexible operation, making it an ideal supporting device for the seasoning process of puffed food, nuts, and other materials.
Equipment Introduction and Operation: The high-low drum consists of a high drum and a low drum. The high drum is used for oil spraying, while the low drum is used for powder coating. The high and low drums are driven by two separate motors to continuously reverse, allowing the food inside the drums to mix with oil and powder.

The material entering the high drum mixes with oil through tumbling inside the drum, ensuring even blending, and then exits from the other end into the low drum, where it mixes with seasoning through tumbling. The drum can rotate forward or in reverse. Forward rotation results in gentler tumbling of the material, while reverse rotation causes heavier tumbling. Adjusting the foot pads of the drum frame can change the drum's inclination, thereby adjusting the tumbling time of the food inside the drum. The longer the tumbling time, the more even the mixing, but the breakage rate will be higher. The tumbling time should be adjusted appropriately.

2. Safety precautions: Connect the ground wire when connecting the power supply, and ensure the protective net is complete and secure. Do not put hands into the roller when the equipment is running, and do not strike the drum with any hard objects.
3. Daily maintenance: Regularly check the condition of all fastening bolts, check the oil level of the reducer, and check the running condition. If any abnormality is found, repair it promptly. Cut off the power and hang a "Do Not Switch On" sign on the switch during inspection and repair.
