Small instant noodle production line

Based on research on similar products both domestically and internationally, the small-scale instant noodle production line was developed in line with public consumer market demand. It completes the entire process from flour to finished product in one go, featuring a high degree of automation, simple operation, and moderate output. The corrugated instant noodles produced have a short rehydration time, good elasticity, smoothness, and transparency.

Two configurations are available: electric automatic and steam automatic. The electric type has a total installed power of 88KW, while the steam type requires only 8KW of electricity (steam pressure 4Kg/cm²). The working width is 210mm, with a daily output capacity of 35,000 packs per 24 hours. The entire production line consists of a dough mixer, forming machine, cooking machine, cutting machine, frying machine, and cooling machine.
