【Equipment configuration】

Powder mixer → screw conveyor → twin-screw extruder → shaping and cutting machine (filling machine) → elevator → multi-layer continuous oven → oil/sugar spraying machine → drum seasoning line → cooling machine → packaging machine.

1. Powder mixer: Mix raw materials (corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour, etc.) thoroughly and add a certain amount of water to achieve uniform blending.

2. Feeder: Uses a motor-driven screw conveyor to transport the mixed raw materials to the extruder's hopper, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.

3. DT65-III Twin-Screw Extruder: Different models of SLG extruders are selected based on production line capacity, ranging from 100kg/h to 300kg/h. Raw materials can include corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour, grain flour, etc.

4. Filling Machine: Instantly injects filling materials such as peanut butter, chocolate paste, or syrup into the hollow tube produced by the extruder.

5. Cutting and Shaping Machine: Cuts the filled rice crackers, with adjustable sizes ranging from 2cm to 20cm.

6. Elevator: Transports the rice crackers to the oven.

7. Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly electric, with a temperature range of 0-200°C adjustable via the control cabinet. The interior features a stainless steel double-layer mesh belt, and the baking time can be adjusted according to speed. Baking allows the main ingredients and filling to permeate to a certain extent, enhancing texture, while also reducing moisture content to extend shelf life.

8. Seasoning line: Available in octagonal drum, round drum, single drum elevator, and double drum seasoning lines, configured according to output and product characteristics. Additionally, there are oil spraying, sugar spraying, and coating equipment.
