[Production line process composition]
1. Flour mixer: According to the snack formula, mix the main ingredients (corn flour, rice flour, etc.) alone or add additives, mix a certain amount of water, and mix thoroughly.
2. DT65-III twin-screw extruder: produces billets through extrusion and expansion.
3. Shaping and cutting machine: cuts and prints the long semi-finished products coming out of the extruder.
4. Automatic fryer: There are two types of fryers: coal-fired fryers and electric fryers. They can be purchased selectively according to specific conditions. They control oil through frying and put in the seasoning line.
5. Seasoning line: There are octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single cylinder, and double cylinder seasoning line. After frying, the flavoring material is sprayed in the cylinder, and the seasoning is evened by rolling the machine body.
6. Packaging machine: vertical packaging machine or combined computer cooling packaging machine, which can selectively package different bags.
