Its prominent feature is that it contains rich complex carbohydrates and dietary fiber, while corn flakes can strengthen many trace elements such as vitamins and minerals in breakfast cereals, as well as cocoa and sugar, such as honey and maltose. After mixing coffee, milk, yogurt, or functional drinks, they can be consumed directly. Children can also eat breakfast cereal as a sweet and crispy snack.
