1. Check all components, especially the connecting parts of the expansion chamber, the feet, the connecting parts of the motor base and the frame, and the connection between the expansion chamber and the frame to prevent looseness.
2. Turn the screw manually. At this time, there will be no friction sound in the expansion chamber.
3. Start feeding the auger, check its high-speed performance, and ask for normal operation.
4. Check and confirm the lubrication system and cooling system before starting. The cavity needs cleaning.
5. Before starting, check the connection of the electrical control part, whether the steering of each motor is correct, and whether the control is reliable.
6. After the machine stops, put on high-temperature gloves, quickly take out the mold, and clean the remaining material on the mold immediately. And start the main motor to empty the material accumulated in the expansion chamber. When the corn is puffed, soy flour should be added to flush the material in the cavity.
7. Pay attention to safety when unloading. No one can stand in front of the machine to avoid the danger caused by excessive pressure in the expander chamber.
After the equipment is running normally, it is not allowed to stop at will.
During the normal startup process, first start the modulator and start the feed winch. When adjusting the material, start the main motor, add a small amount of water to the expansion chamber, and send the material into the expansion chamber. As the material is extruded, the product is adjusted. Anti-swelling effect and moisture, etc. ..
When the production schedule falls behind (that is, there are still materials in the raw material warehouse), the shutdown sequence is the feeding winch and the flattening machine. Then, when the current indication value of the main machine on the electronic control cabinet changes to the no-load current value, stop the main motor and oil pump motor, and then quickly take out the mold for cleaning. After cleaning, reinstall the screws and mold and wait for the next start.
