IV. Process Composition of Puffed Oat Crisp Food Production Equipment:

1. Powder mixer: Mix corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour and other raw materials with additives and a certain amount of water evenly.

2. Feeder: Convey the mixed raw materials to the extruder hopper.

3. Extruder: Raw materials enter the extrusion system from the feeding hopper and are processed under high temperature and high pressure to produce products (diverse products can be configured differently based on the product type).

4. Multi-functional rice crisp forming machine: The press forming machine is mainly suitable for producing shaped foods such as rice puff candy and sesame candy.

This machine consists of five parts: material feeding, molding, cooling, demolding, and cooling conveying. The ML100 rotary punch forming machine has the advantages of simple operation, convenient use, high production capacity, interchangeable molds, and small footprint.

5. Multi-layer ovens: Most ovens are electric, with temperatures adjustable between 0-200°C via a control cabinet. The interior features a stainless steel double-layer mesh belt, and baking time can be adjusted according to speed. Available in three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer stainless steel ovens.

5. If equipment damage occurs after the warranty period expires, upon notification from the customer, we will arrive at the repair site within two days for provincial users. For out-of-province users, we will negotiate with technical personnel to arrive on site as soon as possible. For out-of-warranty equipment, the company will charge for service and replacement of spare parts.

6. During the warranty period, if equipment damage is not caused by human factors, the company provides free repair. For damage caused by human factors or force majeure, the company provides repair services but charges a fee.
