Crispy rice cracker production equipment

One machine can perform multiple functions; by changing molds and cutting methods, it can switch to producing over a dozen snack foods such as crispy rice crackers, Langligelang waves, tartary buckwheat chips, fried dough twists, potato sticks, crispy corn rings, shell-shaped crisps, pizza rolls, wheel-shaped crisps, lotus root chips, triangular packets, etc., meeting diverse market demands.
The series includes two models, DT65-III and DT70-I, with a production capacity ranging from 100 to 260 kg/h. The equipment configuration is flexible, allowing modules such as ovens, fryers, oil separators, and drum seasoning lines to be selected based on product type. Post-extrusion frying does not absorb oil, resulting in a non-greasy, crispy texture. The company offers free recipes, on-site installation training, and lifetime maintenance services.

It can also produce products such as Langligelang, tartary buckwheat chips, rice crust, fried dough twists, French fries, Miao Cuijiao, pizza rolls, shells, fried dough twists, and more. Raw materials such as flour and rice flour undergo mixing, extrusion puffing, shaping, frying, seasoning, and packaging in one go, with simple operation and assembly line production.

For Miao crispy horns / small fish crisps / little ducks / pagodas: Powder mixer → Spiral feeder → Twin-screw extruder → Composite cutting machine → Elevator → Fryer → Oil drainer → Drum seasoning line → Cooler → Packaging machine. It can also produce triangular packets / wave chips, etc.
