The fryer offers two options: coal-fired and electric heating. The seasoning line can be selected as octagonal, cylindrical, or single/double drum, providing flexible configuration. IV. Process composition of pillow-pack fried food production line:
1. Dough mixer: Mix the main ingredients (corn flour, rice flour, etc.) alone or with additives, adding a certain amount of water to blend thoroughly.
2. SLG65-III twin-screw extruder: Produces long strip-shaped crispy rice chips through extrusion puffing; by changing the mold, crispy chips of varying widths and thicknesses can be made.
3. Shaping and Cutting Machine: Cuts and imprints patterns on the long strip-shaped semi-finished products from the extruder.
4. Automatic frying pot: Available in coal-fired and electric frying pot types, which can be selected according to specific conditions.
5. Seasoning line: includes octagonal drum, round drum, single drum elevator, and double drum seasoning lines. After frying, flavoring agents are sprayed inside the drum.
6. Packaging machine: vertical packaging machine or combined computer weighing packaging machine, capable of selectively packaging different bag types.
