Bread crumbs are widely used food additives, mainly used in Western-style fried steak, fried chicken legs and other fried accessories. Jinan Datong Company has developed an entire automatic production line from raw materials, puffing, bran beating, drying to finished products according to the needs of the market. The bread crumb production line process is an assembly line production from fabric input to crushing and molding. It has few personnel, the remaining materials can be reused, there is no waste, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the labor productivity is improved.

1. Bread crumb production line process flow:

Preparation of raw materials → mixing powder → extrusion and puffing → cutting → bran beating → transportation → drying → transportation → screening → packaging

2. Bread slice production equipment configuration:

Mixing machine → spiral feeding → extruder → cutting machine → elevator → wet grinder → grading screen → packaging machine

3. Bread crumb production equipment process composition:

1. Powder mixer: Add a certain amount of water to the raw materials and mix thoroughly.

2. Feeding machine: The motor is used to power the screw conveyor to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder. The loading is convenient and fast.

3. Extruder: It has a special control cabinet to produce strip products in a high-pressure environment.

4. Cutting machine: Cut long strip products into short strips

5. Elevator: Transport the product to the oven. The height of the elevator is determined according to the oven.

6. Multi-layer oven: Most of the ovens are electric ovens. The temperature can be adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed, subtracting moisture and increasing the shelf life;

7. Elevator: transported to wet grinder after baking

8. Wet grinder: crush long strip products into chaff

9. Grading sieve: sieve out different products

10. Packaging machine: Vertical packaging machine and combined computer weighing packaging machine can be used.
