3. Bread crumb production line process composition:
1. Mixing machine: Add a certain amount of water to the raw materials and mix thoroughly.
2. Feeding machine: It uses a motor as the power source for spiral conveying to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder, making feeding convenient and fast.
3. Extruder: Has a separate control cabinet, produces strip-shaped products under high-pressure environment
4. Cutting machine: Cuts long strip-shaped products into short strips.
5. Elevator: Transports the products to the oven; the height of the elevator is determined by the oven.
6. Multi-layer oven: Most ovens are electric, with temperatures adjustable between 0-200 degrees Celsius via the control cabinet. The interior features a stainless steel double-layer mesh belt. Baking time can be adjusted according to speed to reduce moisture and extend shelf life.
7. Elevator: Transports the baked product to the wet grinder.
8. Wet grinder: Crushes the strip-shaped product into a bran-like form.
9. Grading sieve: Screens out different products.
10. Packaging machine: Can use a vertical packaging machine and a combined computer weighing packaging machine.

For out-of-warranty equipment, the company will charge for service and spare parts replacement costs.
6. During the warranty period, equipment damage caused by non-human factors will be repaired free of charge by the company. For damage caused by human factors or force majeure, the company will provide repair services but will charge relevant fees.
