Experimental Twin-Screw Extruder

The machine features a segmented barrel and an integral screw with a length-to-diameter ratio of 23:1, a stepless adjustable speed range of 0-500 rpm, and a controllable temperature range from room temperature to 300°C (accuracy ±1°C). The die pressure is monitored in real time from 0-30 MPa, simulating industrial production conditions. The main motor, feeder, and rotary cutter all adopt variable frequency speed control, with centralized control for easy operation.
The structure of the equipment is highly similar to that of an industrial extruder, making the experimental data more valuable for engineering reference. The screw configuration is flexible and adjustable, suitable for various materials such as grains, tubers, starches, and chemical raw materials.
