Artificial Rice Production Line

This production line utilizes extrusion regeneration technology to reshape grain raw materials such as broken rice, corn flour, and millet flour into nutritionally balanced, easily digestible artificial nutritious rice by adding essential human nutrients, effectively compensating for the loss of protein and trace elements during grain processing.

The equipment adopts a twin-screw extrusion process, made entirely of stainless steel, and operates fully automatically from mixing, extrusion to oven drying. The series includes three models: DTS65 to DTS85, with a production capacity ranging from 100 to 500 kg/h. The actual power consumption is only 65% to 74% of the installed power, offering significant energy savings. By changing the mold, different shapes of nutritional rice products can be produced. The entire machine features variable frequency speed control, fully automatic temperature control, and a self-cleaning screw function for easy operation. The product combines the natural taste of rice with enhanced nutritional properties, making it an ideal equipment for value-added grain deep processing.
