4. Composition of Fish Feed Production Line Process:
1. Mixer: Mix raw materials such as corn flour, rice flour, bean flour, meat powder, grain flour, and additives with a certain proportion of water thoroughly and evenly.
2. Feeder: Using a motor-driven screw conveyor to transport the mixed raw materials to the extruder's hopper, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.
3. Twin-screw extruder: Under high temperature and high pressure conditions with screw extrusion, different types of feed can be produced by adjusting the process. The specific particle size and shape can be changed by replacing the mold.
4. Conveyor: Transport the feed to the oven.
5. Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly electric, with a temperature range of 0-200 degrees Celsius, adjustable via the control cabinet. The interior features a stainless steel double-layer mesh belt, which reduces moisture in feed pellets, improves the degree of gelatinization, and extends shelf life.
7. Seasoning line: The oil sprayer sprays oils, attractants, etc. The seasoning drum comes in types such as octagonal drum, round drum, single-drum elevator, and double-drum seasoning line. Configured according to output and product properties, it sprays oil onto the feed surface while evenly distributing minced meat and spices.
8. Cooling conveyor: Lowers the temperature of fried products and feed, promotes fat solidification, reduces pellet temperature, and facilitates packaging.
9. Vibrating screen: Screens out excess scattered materials and particles to ensure quality while enabling the reuse of raw materials.
10. Packaging machine: manual sealing machine or automatic packaging machine can be used.
