Correct usage steps for puffed food machinery
With the continuous progress and development of society, the use of food puffing machines is increasing. How to properly use puffing food machinery at work ensures safety and extends the service life of the equipment. Below, I will explain it to you:
1. When the screw groove of the puffing machine is found to be clogged, do not stop immediately. Instead, stop feeding and let it run for a while until a burnt smell appears before shutting down. This prevents the nozzle and screw sleeve from seizing. If the nozzle and screw sleeve become stuck and cannot be removed, do not strike them forcefully. Instead, remove them from the machine body, place them in a fire for a short time, and then they can be taken apart.
2. At the beginning of operation, when the nozzle fails to produce formed products, it is often due to excessive nozzle temperature. In food puffing machines, the cause may be overly dry raw materials, foreign objects in the screw groove, or interrupted feeding. The cause should be identified based on different conditions and the fault should be eliminated.

3. After finishing the operation and stopping feeding, let the machine run idle for 1 minute to empty the material inside, then shut down.
4. Before operation, disassemble working parts such as the head, core, and screw, thoroughly clean the rice residue and oil stains on the core and screw, dry them after cleaning, and reassemble.
5. Before use, run the food puffing machine for 1-2 minutes, then slowly add raw materials into the feed inlet. When about a handful of raw materials fills the ring groove of the screw shaft head, stop feeding and perform friction preheating. Once the machine head temperature rises, the pressure inside the chamber increases, and the nozzle begins to spray, start feeding with the feeder. Since the temperature and pressure inside the chamber have not yet reached normal levels, the feeding amount should be gradually increased slowly.
6. Feeding should be continuous and uniform, and the material should be dry; otherwise, it may easily cause blockage of the screw groove.
