The principle of system suitability is to achieve a reasonable economic scale, meet process and technical requirements, and ensure proper matching between equipment, so that the production line operates normally, is safe and hygienic, saves energy, and is easy to maintain, thereby ensuring the overall advancement, rationality, and reliability of the production line.
Hygiene suitability. This refers to the hygiene requirements for the mechanical structure during the design and manufacturing process of the tofu dry smoking oven, mainly including hygiene requirements for the structural materials, surface construction, cleanability, durability, and inspectability of product contact surfaces and non-product contact surfaces; for the mechanical structure of the smoking oven, critical control points for hygiene hazards should be identified, and measures should be taken to ensure the hygiene requirements of the mechanical structure.
