Technical composition of Jinan Datong Brazilian turtle feed production line:

1. Crushing: Pulverizer and bone paste machine crush the raw materials to the required state.

2. Mixing: Mixer, powder mixer, and blending machine thoroughly and evenly mix raw materials such as corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, fish meal, meat meal, rice flour, and additives according to the formula.

3. Conveying and feeding: Screw conveyor and feeder transport the mixed materials via screw to the feed hopper of the twin-screw extruder. This convenient feeding equipment saves labor and improves efficiency.

4. Twin-screw extrusion: Twin-screw puffing machines and twin-screw extruders fully extrude the starch in the raw materials through the high-temperature and high-pressure environment inside the extruder barrel and the twin-screw extrusion process, combining it into nutrients that are easily absorbed by turtles. By adjusting the extrusion of the feeding mold and the speed of the rotary cutting motor, feed of different lengths can be obtained. The size and shape of the particles are achieved by changing the mold. The feed puffing machinery adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which is more energy-efficient and provides more precise speed regulation. The motor operating current and speed can be directly viewed on the control cabinet panel. The screw has automatic cleaning and self-cleaning functions, making it convenient to use.

5. Conveying: The elevator and high-lift conveyor transport the produced feed to the multi-layer oven via a conveyor belt.

6. Drying: Multi-layer oven, gas oven, electric oven. The temperature is adjusted between 0°C and 150°C by the control cabinet. The interior of the oven uses a stainless steel mesh belt, ensuring stable transportation and low failure rates. The feed pellets undergo thermal circulation through multi-layer S-shaped tracks, drying the moisture content of the feed pellets to extend shelf life.

7. Flavor Enhancement: The seasoning machine mainly features an octagonal cylinder, single drum, high-low drum, and double drum. Different seasoning equipment is configured according to needs, spraying the product surface and chopped meat-based spices. The feed is coated with oil and seasoning to achieve a smooth surface, color, aroma, and taste. It can further remove surface burrs and rough edges, enhancing the fish's appetite.

8. Cooling Conveying: The cooling conveyor can sufficiently reduce the temperature of dried pellets, promote the solidification of feed oil, lower the pellet temperature, facilitate storage after packaging, and extend the shelf life.

9. Screening: Vibrating screen. Through the full vibration of the screening machine, excess external pellets and pellet residues can be screened to ensure uniform pellet size. Non-conforming pellets in the screened material are reused to improve product quality, recover waste, reduce costs, increase product profit margins, and boost profits.
