1. Material preparation: Crusher, grinder, crush the required raw materials into powder or meat paste. Function: Provide suitable raw materials for the extruder.

2. Batching: Manual, weigh various raw materials according to the required ratio and place them together.

3. Mixing: Mixer, blender, powder mixer, weigh various raw materials into the mixer for mixing and blending.

4. Conveying: Screw conveyor, which transports the mixed material into the feed hopper.

5. Feeding and extrusion: Twin-screw extruder, which feeds the raw material into the twin-screw extruder through the feed hopper for expansion and shaping, and cuts it into feed pellets of the required size using a rotary cutter.

6. Conveying: Bucket elevator, high conveyor, which transports the pellets to the drying oven.

7. Oven: Multi-layer oven, multi-layer drying oven, which uses hot air circulation in an up-and-down conveying manner to dry the moisture from the pellets. The oven control panel can be used to speed up or slow down the feeding rate to achieve the desired drying state.

8. Oil spraying: Oil sprayer, which sprays oil or food attractants onto the surface of the feed.

9. Seasoning: High and low drums, octagonal drum, single drum. The seasoning is applied more evenly onto the feed pellets as the drum rotates back and forth.

10. Conveying: Cooling conveyor, which transports the feed to the next step with fan ventilation, reducing the feed temperature, thereby lowering moisture and extending shelf life.

11. Vibrating screening: Vibrating screen, which sifts pellets through back-and-forth vibration, ensuring uniform pellets, allowing recovery of不合格 pellets, and reducing waste.

12. Packaging: Packaging machine, heavy-duty packaging. Attractive packaging enhances the grade of the feed, making it more convenient and hygienic for customers to use.
