1. The main shaft of the twin-screw extruder is of a modular structure, and the spare extension shaft can adapt to the extrusion processing of different raw materials. The machine features innovative design, compact structure, high productivity, and strong cost performance.

2. An automatic feeding system can be installed. The feeding system uses a horizontal conveying screw controlled by a switched reluctance speed-regulating motor, which is one of the newer types in the world today. The other end is connected to the extruder. By adjusting the feed amount, the extrusion output can be controlled, effectively preventing material bridging.

3. The rotary cutting system, an independent rotary cutting system, is conveniently and quickly connected to the machine body, enabling variable-speed cutting. The tool adjustment is convenient, and the gap between the tool and the template can be easily adjusted. Different templates can be made according to requirements, ensuring the required material diameter and length, and producing products of different specifications and shapes. This method is simple and convenient, with smooth transmission and low noise.

4. The main components are made of special alloy materials that have undergone heat treatment, offering long service life and low cost.

5. The dry extrusion process uses a self-heating method without a steam system. The screw design has strong self-cleaning capability, allowing the screw grooves to clean themselves. Therefore, when changing formulas or product varieties, there is no need to stop the machine for cleaning. The screw inside the extruder has a strong pumping effect, resulting in effective material dispersion, fast conveying speed, and relatively stable product quality.
