Production line description:
I. Leisure food production line process flow:
Raw material preparation → Mixing → Conveying → Extrusion puffing → Conveying → Drying → (Screening) → Oil spraying → Seasoning → (Packaging) II. Snack food production line equipment configuration: Powder mixer → Screw conveyor → Twin-screw extruder → Air conveyor → Multi-layer oven → Elevator → Oil spraying machine → Double drum seasoning machine/Octagonal drum seasoning machine → (Packaging machine) III. Process composition:
1. Powder mixer: Different models of powder mixers are selected according to the output of the production line.
2. Screw conveyor: Uses screw stirring for conveying, ensuring secondary uniform mixing and convenient and fast feeding.
3. Twin-screw extruder: Different models of extrusion mainframes are selected based on the production line capacity, with outputs ranging from 100kg/h to 500kg/h. It can use corn flour, rice flour, wheat and barley flour, and other grains as raw materials.
4. Air conveyor or elevator: Transfers semi-finished products to the oven. The height of the air conveyor or elevator is determined by the oven.
5. Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly electric, with temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees via the control cabinet. The interior features stainless steel mesh cloth and stainless steel mesh belt, and the baking time can be adjusted according to speed. 6. Vibrating screen: Screens out unqualified products and debris. (Optional) 7. Seasoning line: Octagonal drum, cylindrical drum, lifting single drum, double drum seasoning line, configured according to output and product characteristics.
