The twin-screw extrusion pump, combined with a dual-shaft extended differential modulator, achieves a gelatinization degree of over 98%, ensuring thorough cooking.The screw has excellent self-cleaning ability, eliminating the need to clean the barrel and screw when changing material types, saving time and effort.Both the main machine and the discharge cutter adopt variable frequency speed regulation, allowing flexible adjustment of the length, thickness, and shape of the material to adapt to different types of raw materials.High temperature and high pressure sterilization during processing ensures the hygiene and safety of the feed.The product is suitable for pet food pellets, dry food, as well as floating, sinking, and slow-sinking aquatic feeds. The floating feed remains stable in water for over 24 hours.

Pet food production line process flow:
Raw material crushing → Raw material (corn flour, soybean meal, starch, fish meal, etc.) preparation → Mixer → Conveyor → Twin-screw feed extruder → Conveying → Drying equipment (electric oven, gas/oil oven or steam oven) → Oil spraying → Twin-drum seasoning system → Cooling conveyor → Screening → Silo → Packaging machine.

(1) All models of the main machine can be equipped with a computer automatic control system, with touch screen operation, convenient, simple, and safe.
(3) The main machine gearbox is equipped with a forced cooling gear oil pump and an automatic lubrication system, a twin-screw extrusion pumping mechanism, and a dual-shaft extended differential conditioner (optional for wet-type main machine), ensuring thorough material gelatinization with a gelatinization degree of over 98%.
(5) The screw has excellent self-cleaning ability. There is no need to clean the barrel and screw when restarting the machine or changing material types. The main machine adopts variable frequency speed control to adapt to different raw materials, and the discharge cutter adopts variable frequency speed control to adjust the length, thickness, and shape of the material.
(7) Pet food/aquatic feed undergoes high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization during processing, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the feed products.
(9) Suitable for processing pet food pellets, ornamental fish feed/aquaculture extruded feed (floating, sinking, slow-sinking types), where the floating feed maintains stability in water for over 24 hours.
