Pet chew production line process composition
1. Raw material mixing: Mix various meat raw material powders and gelatinous powders evenly, and adjust the moisture content.
2. Raw material conveying: Stainless steel screw conveyor automatically feeds into the screw extruder
3. Extrusion and curing: Screw extrusion is a type of hot extrusion, but the extrusion temperature can be freely controlled, so the forming state, structure, expansion degree, and hardness can all be freely controlled.
4. Cooling: Since the chewable particles are produced by hot extrusion, they come out of the extruder at a relatively high temperature and need to be cooled to bring the overall temperature inside and outside the particles down to room temperature, ensuring storage and sales.
5. Cutting and forming: The cooled long chew sticks are cut into uniformly sized chewable particles, and the particle length can be freely controlled by adjusting the cutting speed.
6. Conveyor: Transports the chews to the oven.
7. Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, with the temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees Celsius via the control cabinet. The interior features a stainless steel double-layer mesh belt, which reduces moisture in chewable particles, promotes ripening rate, and extends shelf life.
