III. Process Introduction of Dog Food Processing Equipment (Automation)
1. Mixer: Stirring machine, powder mixer, used to mix and stir the raw materials prepared according to the formula evenly.
2. Feeder: Screw conveyor, reduces material loss, automatically feeds into the expander hopper, saving labor.
3. Extruder: A twin-screw extruder that mixes the raw materials under high temperature and high pressure, then incorporates them into the extruder. The internal structure of the raw materials changes through the extrusion process. The resulting feed is easier to absorb, has better taste, and dogs love it. The head of the extruder is equipped with a rotary cutter that cuts the desired pellets.
4. Conveyor: A pneumatic conveyor that lifts the extruded pellets into the multi-layer oven.
5. Drying oven: A multi-layer oven whose temperature can be adjusted between 0-150 degrees via the control cabinet. The interior of the oven uses stainless steel mesh belts, ensuring stable transportation and low failure rates. Pellet feed circulates through the multi-layer oven to reduce moisture and improve product quality. The main types of ovens include electric ovens, gas ovens, etc.
6. Seasoning machine: high-low drum, single drum, octagonal drum, can mix various desired flavors.
7. Conveyor: cooling conveyor, which can reduce the temperature generated by drying, promote oil solidification, lower the temperature of particles, and make the feed less likely to contain water vapor, facilitating packaging.
8. Vibrating screen: through the vibrating screen, excess external materials and particle residues are screened out to ensure quality and guarantee the reuse of raw materials.
9. Packaging machine: weigh the produced products and package them with a packaging machine. Manual sealing machines and automatic packaging machines can be used.
