·The series single-screw extruder consists of a feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system, and control system, mainly used for processing rice straws.

·The feeding system, drive system, and rotary cutting system of the extruder all adopt variable frequency speed control, providing strong power and stable operation.

The screw, barrel, and mold of the extruder are all designed with a circulating cooling system to ensure temperature balance of the material during extrusion.

· For different raw materials, single or twin screw feeding systems can be selected, ensuring uniform, stable, and reliable feeding.

The screw is processed with special technology, offering wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and a long service life.

· Different screw length-to-diameter ratio structures meet different process requirements.
