Single screw extruder in macaroni production
On the entire macaroni production line, we achieve the entire production process through the combination of various equipment. One of us will use a single-screw extruder, with medium extrusion and low expansion, to produce a mature but non-puffed macaroni. Now, we are going to tell you about this device.
When a single-screw extruder is in operation, the material enters the enclosed cavity of the extruder and is advanced by the screw helix, forming a feed that promotes axial flow of the material. Due to the arrangement of the screw, the raw material is compressed, and within the compressed screw, the barrel cavity volume, and the mechanical friction inside the material, the material is intensely pressed, stirred, and sheared. As a result, the material is further refined and homogenized to form a liquid fluid. With gradually increasing pressure and corresponding temperature rise, under high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-shear conditions, the physical properties of the material change. The powder turns into a paste, starch ages, protein denatures, cellulose partially degrades and thins. When the paste-like material is extruded from the die holes, the shape of the ground material is limited, producing various pasta shapes. After aging, the material has good palatability and resistance to cooking.

Usage Precautions
1. Sudden shutdown during operation:
If an unexecutable start occurs, stop watching immediately. In case of a power outage or equipment issue, turn off the heating system. Check the problem. If the power is restored, the mold should be removed; it can wait no longer than half an hour. If the issue is with the equipment itself, check for overload. If there is no overload, restore the circuit capacity and check the drive fault code. Resolve the issue.
2. Do not throw foreign objects into different feeding ports or reach in to clear materials, to prevent damage to the equipment.
3. During operation, do not remove the shield of the cutter section to prevent hand injuries.
