I. Process composition of floating fish feed extruder:

Mixer: Corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, fish meal, meat meal, rice flour, additives and other ingredients need to be fully and evenly mixed with water.

Feeder: The motor is used for power screw conveying, and the mixed raw materials are transported to the feed hopper of the twin-screw extruder. This equipment is convenient, fast, labor-saving, and efficient for feeding.

Twin-screw extruder: Under high temperature and the pressure environment of the twin screws, the mixed raw materials are extruded. The starch structure in the raw materials is transformed into easily absorbable nutrients by adjusting the speed of the peeler. The feed is extruded through the die via a feed speed regulator until the feed particles reach the desired length. Specific sizes and shapes of particles are obtained by changing the die. Using advanced frequency conversion technology, more energy and more precise speed control are achieved for the feed extruder. When the motor is running, the rotation speed of the panel can be directly observed from the drive, ensuring equipment safety.

Conveying device: Transports the generated feed particles to the multi-layer drying equipment.

Multi-layer Oven: The oven is divided into electric furnaces, fuel furnaces, gas furnaces, and steam furnaces. The temperature is adjusted between 0-150 degrees by the control cabinet. The interior of the oven features a stainless steel mesh belt, ensuring stable transmission and low failure rates. Feed pellets circulate through multi-layer S-shaped tracks, drying them to ensure safe moisture content and extend shelf life.

Oil Spray Seasoning System: Spray oil, food inducers, etc. The seasoning drum comes in octagonal drum, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines. Depending on the output, product properties, and the amount of oil sprayed on the feed surface, meat and spices are sprayed evenly. This process also removes burrs and edges from the feed pellet surface, making it smoother.

Cooling conveyor: reduces the surface drying temperature of feed pellets, promotes oil condensation, lowers pellet temperature, and facilitates packaging.

Vibrating screen: removes excess overflow and pellet residues, ensuring raw material quality and reusability.

Packaging machine: manual sealing machines and automatic packaging machines are available, either self-ordered or ordered on your behalf by us.

3. Production Control

After receiving the order, the sales department submits it to the technical department, which provides CAD drawings corresponding to the equipment based on the order details. 4. Acceptance of equipment and spare parts

There are dedicated quality control personnel for outsourcing and large-scale sampling associations for key and precision components to achieve quality inspection. For self-made parts, processing personnel must conduct self-inspection, mutual inspection, and final inspection before they can be put into use. After installation, the after-sales acceptance field technology completes the components. The on-site equipment runs without load for more than one and a half hours without faults before on-site debugging under load. Ensure that each piece of equipment meets factory conditions and issue an equipment certificate.
