1. The machine head, movement, screw and other components must be disassembled before operating the machine. It is very important to carefully clean the rice scale and oil stains before running the machine, and dry it after cleaning before installation.
2. Start and run for about a minute, then slowly add raw materials to the feed port. When the raw material can fill the annular groove around the screw head, stop feeding and perform friction preheating. When the temperature of the machine head increases, the pressure in the barrel increases, and the feed is added when the nozzle hole starts to spray. Since the temperature and pressure in the barrel have not yet reached normal values, the feed amount should be gradually increased.
3. Feeding should be continuous and even, and the material should be dry, otherwise it will easily block the spiral groove.
4. When the spiral groove is found to be clogged, do not stop the machine immediately. Stop feeding for a while and continue to run the machine until there is a burnt smell. In this way, the nozzle spiral sleeve can be prevented from being seized. If the spiral sleeve of the nozzle is stuck and cannot be disassembled, do not knock it violently to remove it. You can remove it from the body and put it in the fire for a while, then it can be disassembled.
5. When the nozzle cannot spray the formed product in the initial stage of operation, it is often caused by the temperature of the nozzle being too high. The reason is that the raw material is too dry or there are foreign objects in the spiral groove or the feed is not continuous. The reason can be found out according to different situations. Clear fault.
6. After stopping feeding at the end of the operation, let the machine idle for about 1 minute, drain the material in the barrel and then stop. Then take out the hot head, spiral sleeve, pull out the screw, and remove the residue remaining in the barrel. , to clear the spray hole and make it unobstructed for reuse. Note: Wear gloves when disassembling to prevent burns.
