Generally, the raw material should remain in the barrel for no more than thirty seconds, with the temperature maintained for five to six seconds. The temperature in one section must be between 130-145°C, and the moisture content of the product should be below 8%. An appropriate amount of water can also be added during processing.

4. The temperature of full-fat soybeans after extrusion is very high, so they should be cooled down as quickly as possible to prevent over-processing and damage to the protein.
