1. Pet food production line process flow:

5. Pet feed production line process composition:

1. Flour mixing machine: Add a certain proportion of water to raw materials such as corn flour, rice flour, soybean meal, fish meal, meat meal, cereal flour, additives, etc. and mix them thoroughly according to the formula.

2. Feeding machine: transport the mixed raw materials into the feeding hopper of the twin-screw extruder.

3. Twin-screw extruder: When the mixed raw materials are extruded in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment and twin-screws, the starch structure in the raw materials changes and becomes easily absorbed nutrients. It is extruded through the feed die and the rotary cutting motor is adjusted. The speed is adjusted until the feed particles are the same size and length. The specific particle size and shape are obtained by changing the mold. The feed extruder adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which is more energy-saving and has more accurate speed control. The current and speed of the motor during operation can be directly seen through the frequency converter panel to ensure the safety of the equipment.

4. Conveyor: transport the produced feed particles to the multi-layer drying equipment.

5. Multi-layer oven: The oven is divided into electric oven, oil oven, gas oven and steam oven. The temperature can be adjusted automatically through the control cabinet between 0-150 degrees. The inside of the oven is a stainless steel mesh belt, which ensures smooth transportation and low failure rate. The feed pellets circulate through multi-layer S-shaped tracks to dry the feed pellets to a safe moisture content and increase the shelf life.

6. Spray seasoning line: The oil spray machine sprays oil, attractants, etc. The seasoning cylinders include octagonal cylinders, cylinders, lifting single drums, and double drum seasoning lines. They are configured according to the output and product properties to spray oil on the surface of the feed. Spray the minced meat and spices at the same time and spread evenly. After this process, burrs and burrs on the surface of the feed pellets can also be removed, making the surface of the feed pellets smoother.

7. Cooling conveyor: lowers the surface temperature of drying feed particles, promotes oil coagulation, lowers the temperature of the particles, and facilitates packaging.

8. Vibrating screen: Screen out excess external materials and granular residue to ensure quality and reuse of raw materials.
