III. Since some extruded feed production requires grinding, the following can be used:

Crusher → Mixer → Feeder → Extruder → Multi-layer Oven → Seasoning Line → Packaging Machine V. Pet Feed Production Line Process Composition:

1. Mixer: Mix raw materials such as corn flour, rice flour, bean flour, fish meal, meat meal, grain flour, and additives with a certain proportion of water according to the formula until evenly blended.

2. Feeder: Convey the mixed raw materials into the feeding hopper of the twin-screw extruder.

3. Twin-screw extruder: Under high temperature and high pressure conditions and the extrusion of twin screws, the starch structure in the raw materials changes, becoming easily absorbable nutrients. The material is extruded through a feed mold, and by adjusting the rotation speed of the rotary cutter, feed pellets of uniform size and length are produced. The specific pellet size and shape can be obtained by changing the mold. The feed extruder adopts advanced variable frequency speed control technology, which is more energy-efficient and provides more accurate speed control. The current and speed during motor operation can be directly viewed on the inverter panel, ensuring equipment safety.

4. Conveyor: Transports the produced feed pellets into the multi-layer drying equipment.

5. Multi-layer oven: The oven is available in electric, fuel-fired, gas, and steam types, with temperatures adjustable between 0-150°C via a control cabinet. The interior features a stainless steel mesh belt for smooth conveying and low failure rates. Feed pellets circulate through multi-layer S-shaped tracks, drying them to a safe moisture content to extend shelf life.

6. Spray seasoning line: The oil sprayer applies oils, attractants, etc. The seasoning drum comes in octagonal, cylindrical, single-drum lift, and double-drum seasoning line configurations, configured based on output and product properties. Oil is sprayed onto the feed surface, along with even distribution of minced meat and spices. This process also removes burrs and rough edges from the pellet surface, making it smoother.

7. Cooling conveyor: reduces the surface temperature of dried feed pellets, promotes fat solidification, lowers pellet temperature, and facilitates packaging.

8. Vibrating screen: Screens out excess external powder and pellet debris, ensuring quality while enabling reuse of raw materials.
