Introduction to the production process of golden rice nutritious rice: First, various grain raw materials are finely crushed to a fineness of 60 mesh or above. Second, the various grain raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion according to the production process. The mixed raw materials are lifted by a conveyor into the feeder hopper of the twin-screw extruder. Third, granulation: the mixed raw materials are extruded and kneaded by the twin-screw extruder to cut out uniform rice-shaped granules. To prevent granule adhesion, they need to be evenly spread on the surface of a cooling vibrating screen, then transported by an air conveyor to the fourth and fifth five-layer drying ovens for granule dehydration, meeting the requirements for granule packaging and shelf life. After drying, the product is cooled and stored. The seventh step is granule packaging, using a multi-head electronic weighing packaging machine.

1. Mixing Machine: A device used for ingredient preparation before food puffing, mixing rice flour alone or with some additives. It mainly blends raw materials, water, and necessary auxiliary materials (such as colorants, flavorings, etc.) evenly using the mixing machine to prepare the mixture before puffing.

2. Screw Conveyor: A screw-type conveying system powered by an electric motor, which transports the mixed raw materials to the feed hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient and fast material feeding.

3. Extruder: Equipped with a dedicated control cabinet, it extrudes rice grains under high pressure. By adjusting the process and changing the mold, different shapes of rice grains can be produced. This machine consists of a feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system, and control system. It adopts advanced screw extrusion puffing technology, using high temperature and high pressure to cook and puff the material into shape in one step. The main machine uses variable frequency speed regulation, allowing for a wide variety of product colors and types, with a beautiful appearance, natural realism, fine texture, and broad raw material usage. 4. Vibrating Screen: The extruded particles have some temperature and viscosity; the vibrating screen spreads the particles to prevent them from sticking together. It is equipped with a cooling fan.

5. Air conveyor: transports the product to the oven; the height of the elevator is determined by the oven.

6. Multi-layer oven: the drying oven is a low-temperature custom-made oven. Based on the nature of the product, through long-term practice and technical improvement, it is a professionally produced indirect drying oven. Types: five-layer five-meter hot air drying oven, five-layer seven-meter low-temperature hot air drying oven, seven-layer eight-meter hot air drying oven; different output configurations correspond to different oven models. 7. Cooling conveyor: the dried granules contain a certain temperature; they are cooled to room temperature to ensure packaging quality.

8. Packaging machine: vertical packaging machines, combined computer weighing systems, and vacuum packaging machines can be used.
