Fish Feed Production Line
Jinan Datong twin-screw food extruder is suitable for producing: pet feed (dog food, cat food, rabbit food, hamster food, mink food, etc.), aquatic feed (fish feed, shrimp feed, turtle feed, etc.). Soy textured protein, vegetable textured protein, modified starch, corn flakes, breakfast cereals, crispy rice, French fries, Bugles, corn sticks, Cheetos, nutritious rice, artificial rice, infant nutritional powder, pregelatinized starch, breadcrumbs, and pet chew products, etc.
Performance of our fish feed production line:
(1) All models of the main machine can be equipped with an optional computer automatic control system, with touch screen operation, convenient, simple, and safe.
(2) The main machine, feeder, and cutting device are all controlled by variable frequency speed regulation, ensuring uniform feeding, strong power, and stable operation.
(3) The main gearbox is equipped with a forced cooling and automatic lubrication system for the gear oil pump, a twin-screw extrusion pumping mechanism, and a dual-shaft extended differential conditioner (optional for wet main unit), ensuring thorough material gelatinization and high starch gelatinization degree.
(4) A wide variety of raw materials can be used, with the feed formula capable of containing over 12% fat. After adding the twin-screw steam conditioner, the fresh meat addition amount of 35% meets the customer's requirement for producing high fresh meat content products.
(5) The screw has excellent self-cleaning ability. There is no need to clean the barrel and screw when restarting the machine or changing material types. The main machine adopts variable frequency speed control to adapt to different raw materials, and the discharge cutter adopts variable frequency speed control to adjust the length, thickness, and shape of the material.
(6) The screw is made of special high-alloy steel, the wear-resistant sleeve is made of bimetallic alloy (material can be customized), and the cavity is made of 45# steel, used in conjunction with a high-hardness screw, offering wear resistance, long service life, and high pressure-bearing capacity.
(7) Pet food/aquatic feed undergoes high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization during processing, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the feed product.
(8) The discharge die has cylindrical apertures with diameters ranging from 1mm to 10mm, as well as other special-shaped die holes (customizable according to customer requirements).
(9) Suitable for processing pet food pellets, ornamental fish feed/aquaculture extruded feed (floating, sinking, slow-sinking types), where the floating feed maintains stability in water for over 24 hours.
