Principle of Datong Breadcrumb Production Equipment

Working principle and function of the bread crumb production line developed by Jinan Datong:

1. Batching: Workers weigh and batch ingredients according to the formula. Each ingredient in the formula has a different proportion. The machine cannot currently calculate on its own, so manual batching is required.

2. Powder mixing: Main machines: powder mixer, blender, stirrer. Mix the prepared raw materials with a certain amount of water and stir thoroughly to ensure even mixing. Only with thorough and even mixing can the materials be fully and evenly puffed during production.

3. Feeding: Mainly a screw feeder, semi-automated with manual feeding option. The mixed raw materials are lifted and transported to the main machine's feeding hopper via a screw conveyor. This saves labor, reduces material spillage, minimizes waste, and lowers labor costs.

4. Twin-screw extrusion puffing: Main machine: various models of multifunctional twin-screw puffing machines. The feeding hopper feeds the raw materials into the main machine barrel for twin-screw extrusion puffing to form long strip-shaped semi-finished products.

5. Cutting: Main machine: shaping and cutting machine. The long strip-shaped semi-finished products enter the cutting machine for shaping and cutting. This reduces air holes and cuts them into small pieces for easier subsequent use.

6. Lifting: Mainly high lifters and inclined high lifters. The cut blanks are lifted into the multi-layer oven.

7. Drying: Mainly multi-layer ovens, divided into electric ovens and gas ovens. The raw material contains a certain amount of moisture and is dried in the oven to the required dryness level, which can extend the shelf life.

8. Lifting: The elevator lifts the dried breadcrumb raw material to the wet mill.

9. Wet grinding: The wet mill grinds the lifted breadcrumb raw material into needle-shaped breadcrumbs.

11. Screening machine: The crushed breadcrumbs are graded and screened to obtain the required finished products.

10. Packaging: The packaging machine weighs and packages the finished breadcrumb products.
