Fish Feed Production Line: Fish Food Processing Equipment and Technology

The production line process flow and basic equipment introduction of Datong fish feed extrusion machinery are as follows:

1. Batching: Grinder, grinds the feed into powder or paste form. Function: Provides raw materials suitable for extrusion in the extruder.

2. Raw materials: Manual preparation, according to the formula of various raw materials, weigh and combine the raw materials together.

3. Mixing: Mixer, blender, powder mixer, place the weighed raw materials into the mixer for thorough and uniform mixing.

4. Feeding: Screw conveyor, uses a screw conveyor to transport the mixed raw materials to the extruder hopper.

5. Feeding and extrusion: Twin-screw extruder, multifunctional extruder, feeds the raw materials through the hopper into the twin-screw extruder for extrusion, and cuts them into particles of the required size using a rotary cutter.

6. Conveying: A high-elevator lifts the pellets into the drying chamber through a specific height elevator.

7. Oven: Drying oven, multi-layer oven, mostly electric ovens, but also gas ovens. The moisture in the feed pellets can be dried through the hot air circulation of the oven. The oven is equipped with a control cabinet, and the pellet material is dried to the required state through variable frequency speed regulation.

8. Spraying: Oil sprayer, where oil or spray attractants are sprayed onto the feed surface by the oil sprayer to enhance its taste and gloss.

9. Seasoning: High-low drum, octagonal drum, single drum, cylindrical drum. The seasoning is applied more evenly onto the feed pellets through the rolling motion of the drum.

10. Cooling and conveying: The cooling conveyor uses fan airflow to reduce the feed temperature, decrease water vapor, and extend shelf life.

11. Shaking and screening: The vibrating screen, through shaking, ensures uniform particles, recovers unqualified particles and scattered materials, and reduces waste.

12. Packaging: The packaging machine weighs and packages the product. Fine packaging improves feed quality and makes it more hygienic and convenient for customers.
