Precautions for Operating Feed Extruder
Before operating the feed extrusion machine, it is very necessary to make preparations. To ensure its smooth operation, it needs to be debugged. So, what are the debugging tasks for the feed extruder?
1. Before use, remove the nozzle of the feed extruder, apply cooking oil to the internal threads and screw head of the nozzle, then tighten the nozzle, tighten the front flange, and evenly adjust the rear flange.

2. Start the feed extruder, let it idle for half a minute. If there is no abnormal sound, put one wet corn kernel into the machine. When the popped popcorn can be crushed by hand, dry corn can be used instead, and gradually increase the input amount.
3. If during operation, the feed extruder experiences refilling, it indicates that the material is too urgent and the nozzle temperature has not reached 120 degrees. In this case, feeding should be stopped, and when the material is ejected onto the nozzle, spraying should resume. If the nozzle's spray has hard cores, it means the temperature inside the machine is too low, and the material should be stopped for a period until the spray returns to normal.
We believe that through the above explanation, everyone has gained a deeper understanding of the debugging work of the feed extruder. In the future, it is necessary to properly carry out the debugging of the expander.
