4. Process composition of puffed food production equipment:
1. Flour mixing machine: fully mix corn flour, flour, rice flour and other raw materials with additives and a certain amount of water evenly.
2. Feeding machine: transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder.
3. Extruder: The raw materials enter the extrusion system from the feeding hopper, and products are produced in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment (the products are diverse and can be configured differently according to the product).
4. Air blower: Use the wind power of the fan to transport the raw materials to the oven, and configure different fans according to different products.
5. Multi-layer oven: Most ovens are electric ovens. The temperature can be adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. There are three layers, five layers, and seven layers. stainless steel oven;
6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single roller, and double roller seasoning lines. They are configured according to the output and product properties. There are also oil spraying, sugar spraying, and coating equipment.

2. Standards for purchasing spare parts
Spare parts suppliers strictly screen supplier products and select high-quality and low-price manufacturers in the same industry. On the premise of ensuring quality, we reduce equipment manufacturing costs and truly allow customers to purchase cost-effective equipment. For the same type of outsourced parts, three suppliers are guaranteed to truly ensure the survival of the fittest.
3. Production control
After the sales department receives the order, it submits it to the technical department, which will produce CAD drawings corresponding to the equipment based on the order details. The production department arranges the procurement, production and processing of relevant parts based on the CAD drawings and technical documents.
4. Acceptance of equipment and spare parts
? We have full-time quality control personnel to conduct batch inspections of outsourced and outsourced parts. We will ensure 100% quality inspection for key and precision spare parts.
? For self-made parts, self-inspection, mutual inspection and general inspection by processing personnel must be carried out, and they can only be put into use if they are all qualified.
? After the finished equipment is installed, it will be inspected and accepted by after-sales technicians. The on-site equipment can be loaded for on-site debugging only after it has been running without load for more than half an hour and has no faults. Ensure that each piece of equipment meets factory conditions and issue an equipment certificate.
